Diztos is expanding its sales team in response to the tremendous potential for growth in the industry and is seeking motivated, results-driven candidates.
In order to grow with us, we are seeking an energetic team player and a headstrong Digital Marketing Sales Rep who is dedicated to exceeding the goals of a diverse client base.
Digital Marketing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through inbound and outbound efforts, proposing a wide range of digital marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across a variety of industries.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone; close contracts once all customers’ needs have been identified and met with Diztos solutions.
  • Inbound and outbound calls: Make cold calls to potential customers, and reply to their inquiries and provide information about our services
  • Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and competitive information
  • Providing accurate forecasts of sales results and effectively managing sales activities – new customers, renewals, and upsells.
  • Analyze client needs and provide a “winning solution”
  • Dedicated to professionalism, personability, and good work ethics, as well as the desire to grow, share, and collaborate

Minimum requirements

  • Driving New Business Results With A Winning Mentality.
  • Effective Written And Oral Communication.
  • Developing Relationships With Clients And Looking For Client Opportunities are essential skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, applications, and internet use
  • An understanding of how to identify prospective clients through various marketing channels is preferred; experience in a high volume, fast-paced industry is preferred
  • Strong team player with a high level of work ethic and a passion for excellence; self-starter, self-motivator and independent
  • A great phone manner and ability to articulate ideas clearly (confidence and humour are must-have qualities!)
  • Motivated and results-oriented
  • Individual with excellent negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience
  • Possessed of a positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Capable of multitasking and comfortable interacting with others
