We are seeking an enthusiastic and competent Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Department.
The objective of a Digital Marketing Specialist at Diztos Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd is to develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services. A Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. A typical digital marketing job description will cover all the above aspects as well as not limited to the following:
Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
Identify trends and insights based on social media and website analytics to effectively allocate marketing investments
Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
Plan and direct marketing campaigns for clients as well as the company to generate leads
Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts) and manage end-to-end digital projects
Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness and maintain a strong online company voice through social media
Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI on a periodical basis
Provide internal reports on a regular basis based on the ROI analysis, while proposing improvement initiatives to counter the opportunities
Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Stay up to date with digital media developments
Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for search ability and better user experience
Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms to improve overall campaign effectiveness
Work in a variety of different industries, and the possibilities are endless.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and marketing initiatives and campaigns
Work with the business development team to ensure best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Develop and implement link building strategy
A good understanding of how PPC (pay-per-click marketing) fits into the wider area of digital marketing
Demonstrable experience in running PPC campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation campaigns.
Demonstrable experience in allocation of budgets, including working with campaign directors and managers to get budget approvals with clearly documented goals
Proven ability to write case studies based on ROI analysis including improvement of campaign effectiveness over a period
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation
Strong analytical skills
